In her 32 years in Healthcare, she has focused on operations, recruitment, staffing and customer service where she believes persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. Caring Home Care has matched thousands of “CARING”, certified caregivers that have been fully vetted before being referred for patient care. These caregivers have subsequently been placed into thousands of South Florida homes over the years. Mary Jane has volunteered in the Junior League of Miami, believing in the Mission Statement empowering women and children in order to make a better Miami.
